Information We Collect

Lead Orchestrator collects information necessary to provide our lead management services, including contact information, CRM data, and advertising platform credentials with your explicit authorization.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate and improve our lead orchestration services. This includes managing your advertising campaigns, monitoring CRM capacity, and optimizing lead delivery timing.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to our platform is IP-restricted and all data transmissions are encrypted.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the advertising platforms and CRM systems you explicitly authorize us to integrate with.

Google User Data

Lead Orchestrator's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data we access: When you connect a Google account, we access Google Ads data via the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0. This includes your Google Ads customer/account IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ad schedules, keywords, bids, budgets, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions). We also access the basic profile information (email address and account identifier) associated with the OAuth grant in order to identify the authorizing user.

How we use it: We use this data solely to operate the lead orchestration features you have enabled — reading campaign structure and performance metrics to evaluate your lead flow rules, and writing changes such as enabling/disabling campaigns, adjusting bids, and updating ad schedules on your behalf. We do not use Google user data for advertising, to train generalized AI/ML models, or for any purpose unrelated to the features you have authorized.

How we store it: OAuth refresh tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Campaign metrics and snapshots required for rule evaluation are stored in our database on access-restricted infrastructure. We retain this data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

How we share it: We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties. We do not share Google user data with any party other than the Google APIs themselves and service providers strictly necessary to run our platform (e.g., cloud hosting), under confidentiality obligations.

Revoking access and deletion: You can revoke Lead Orchestrator's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. You may also request deletion of all Google user data we hold by emailing customer-support@leadorchestrator.com, and we will remove it promptly.

Data Retention and Removal

Upon termination of service, all stored user data will be removed from our platform. You may also request removal of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address below, and we will process your request promptly.
